EVER POWER is the export-facing brand of a vertically integrated manufacturing group with its production headquarters in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. Our group operates under the EPG / HZPT / Ever-Power brand network and covers the full spectrum of power transmission: planetary and worm gearboxes, gear motors, drive shafts, couplings, roller chains, sprockets, and hydraulic components.
Our Netherlands entity — registered in Rotterdam — serves as the regional marketing and sales representative for European and global customers. This structure allows buyers to work with a locally registered counterpart while drawing directly on the depth of the group's China-based manufacturing and engineering resources.
The overseas entities are marketing representatives and overseas branch offices; the group's operational headquarters and all manufacturing facilities are located in China. This transparent structure means that lead times, pricing, and technical specifications are rooted in direct factory output, not in a trading intermediary's margin.

CNC hobbing, grinding, and shaping for planetary carriers, sun gears, ring gears, and output flanges to tight tolerance specifications.
In-House Heat Treatment
Carburising, quenching, and tempering lines within the group's facilities ensure consistent surface hardness and core toughness across production runs.
Modular Assembly Lines
Dedicated planetary gearbox assembly cells allow rapid changeover between gear ratios, flange types, and output shaft configurations to meet project-specific requirements.
End-of-Line Testing
Each unit undergoes no-load and load running tests, noise level checks, and dimensional verification before dispatch. Test records are available upon request.
OEM & Custom Engineering
Non-standard gear ratios, special mounting flanges, hollow shaft outputs, input adapters, and integrated brake options can be designed and produced for volume orders.
Supply Chain Depth
The group manufactures gears, shafts, housings, bearings, and seals in-house or through qualified long-term suppliers, reducing external dependency and lead time risk.
